InSite professionals performed site engineering design, permitting and construction support services for the constructed six-story hotel containing 67 hotel rooms and approximately 12,000 sf of commercial area. The hotel is located within the third phase of the Pier Village project, a 29-acre mixed-use village along the oceanfront. This hotel represents the progress Long Branch has made to bring more visitors to their grand new waterfront development and boardwalk.
