Professional Licensure

Professional Licensure

Our team is led by licensed professionals who bring technical expertise, regulatory insight, and hands-on experience to every stage of land development. These credentials reflect our commitment to delivering accurate, compliant, and innovative solutions across a full spectrum of engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental services.

We’re proud to hold professional licensure and certifications that demonstrate both our qualifications and our dedication to professional excellence.

Professional Engineer (PE)

– New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania

InSite Engineering is built around a deep roster of licensed Professional Engineers in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Our engineers are entrusted to sign and seal plans, and we take that responsibility seriously, upholding the ethical obligations, technical rigor, and public trust that define the profession.

Every project is guided by licensed engineers committed to protecting public safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering practical, efficient designs.

Professional Planner (PP)

– New Jersey

The NJ Professional Planner license demonstrates expertise in land use law, zoning, and municipal approvals. Our licensed planners prepare and present planning documents that support site plan, subdivision, and variance applications throughout New Jersey.

Licensed Landscape Architect (LA)

– New Jersey

Our Licensed Landscape Architect integrates functional, code and regulatory compliant landscape designs directly into InSite Engineering’s site solutions. This ensures planting, buffering, screening, and site aesthetics are fully coordinated with grading, stormwater systems, utilities, and regulatory requirements.

Early landscape integration improves regulatory approvals, strengthens project presentations, and results in cohesive designs that not only perform and comply, but also enhance communities through thoughtful, sustainable, and context‑sensitive site planning.

American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)

AICP certification is the highest national credential for professional planners. It recognizes mastery of planning principles, ethical practice, and commitment to advancing responsible, sustainable development.

Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)

Our Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) provides specialized expertise in flood hazard management, stormwater design, and regulatory compliance, grounded in the principles of sound floodplain management. This credential aligns with the mission of the New Jersey Association of Floodplain Management, which is to protect people, places, and property through responsible planning and informed decision‑making.

By applying FEMA and state-level floodplain regulations with technical rigor and practical judgment, our CFM helps clients reduce flood risk, safeguard community resilience, and advance projects that respect both natural systems and the built environment.

Certified Municipal Engineer (CME)

The Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) designation, administered by the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers (NJSME), demonstrates advanced expertise in municipal engineering, infrastructure design, and regulatory compliance. The CME program reflects NJSME’s mission to advance the practice of municipal engineering in support of public health, safety, and welfare.

This credential enhances our ability to work effectively with municipalities and public agencies on complex land development and infrastructure projects.

Our Commitment

Each license and certification represents more than a credential. It reflects our ongoing commitment to professional growth, regulatory compliance, and client success. By maintaining a multidisciplinary team of licensed experts, we ensure every project is approached with the highest standards of technical precision, professional integrity, and accountability.

Beyond meeting requirements, we are committed to applying our expertise in ways that create lasting, sustainable communities. We accomplish this by designing infrastructure and site solutions that serve today’s needs while supporting long-term resilience, environmental stewardship, and community value.
