InSite Engineering and InSite Surveying provided comprehensive civil engineering, professional planning and construction layout services for the development of 12 upscale single-family homes and the new Balmer Court for Martelli Development. The site was the former location of the Oceanport Municipal Complex, which was substantially damaged during Superstorm Sandy. InSite provided entitlement support for the redevelopment within a tidal flood hazard area and secured permits for all new utility infrastructure.
